Club vaulters should enter as a group through their Club or Entries Manager
Independent Vaulters can enter independently as their own entry group.

TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
Friday 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Horse Move In (please contact ascentvaulting@gmail.com if you need early or late move-in.
FRIDAY
Noon - 8 p.m. Office Open for Coaches Check In
1:00 p.m. (or when arena is ready) - 4:00 p.m. General warm-up.
5 p.m. - 8 p.m. Timed Horse and Vaulter Warm-ups
SATURDAY
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Horse classes BW Pickett Arena
Barrel classes Saturday 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. in BW Pickett Arena or Adams-Atkinson Arena
SUNDAY
8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Horse classes BW Pickett Arena

NOTE: Schedule is subject to change until the entry lock date of June 24, 2026. Then, there will only be minor changes after Entry Lock. Always plan to be ready at least 1 hour prior to the original timing of the go.
REMINDER: All USEF Vaulters, coaches, Lungers and boosters must have a current USEF competing membership and
must be up to date on Safe Sport Training.
USEF Important Message to USEF Vaulters about MAAP requirements:
All entries will be completed through Horse Sport Pro
Entries will open March 27 and close May 27. Clubs will manage entries. Independents may enter individually.

Releases/Waivers are due June 7
​​​These waivers are required and available through HorseSportPro. Coaches/Entry Managers should send links to all waivers to all of their participants. Hard copies are available here if needed, and may be emailed by June 7 to ascentvaulting@gmail.com.
A late paperwork fee may be charged if waivers are not submitted by June 7.
